I would really like to find a set of these in good condition. I would prefer the non (i) variation but beggars can't be choosers - either version will be fine. I am located in the St Louis area and am willing to drive 150 miles or so. Or will pay for shipping. If anybody has anything, please let me know.

    I'm curious what they would go for these days. They where one of those speakers Polk made that had a huge following. Good luck find a nice clean pair.

    Average price is $200-150 a pair

    i got a pair of rte55s, same guts as rt55 but with wood veneer. shoot me a pm for more info or pics. im thinking 150 plus shipping.

    I have a pair that are mint in black non I. You'll have to pry them from my cold dead hands.

    :cheesygrin: I really want to get my hands on a set of these. I love my RT1000P's and have heard that the 55's are even better. What I would really like to get to get is a set of RT2000's or even RT3000's but have never seen either of those pop up locally. So I figure the 55 is the next best thing.

    I just pulled them out of the closet an hour ago to make room for the ht rack. They may go into the two channel in the morning.
