RTI 28 Speaker Problem

Is there any specific reason why the tweeters work but not the midrange on RTI28 speakers. Is there a fuse that goes bad?

Just learning and a little mixed up

Is the midrange producing any sound at all or is it totally dead?

The rti 28 mid range is totally dead

No, there's no fuse. Are the mids dead on both or only one 28? If it were just one it could be a crossover problem.
