I'm curious to see the shacks or shantys (:p) you guys are living in. I'm still a bit of a young pup and I don't have my own abode yet other than this apartment so I just wanted to see what you guys have. I thought it would be interesting to see the rest of the house that contains all your awesome HTs!

I'll take some of my apartment tommorow most likely. The woman needs to bring her digital camera over and then I'll host the pics.

I'm personally planning on building a house someday. It should be an awesome goal to finally achieve...I guess at this point I can only imagine.

The only way to get the whole house in the picture, is if I go directly across the street. If I get that close to the freakin' Neanderthals that live over there, I will stab them to death and end up in jail. Or nail their front doors shut and light their houses on fire, and end up in jail. I will have to wait until some of the people on this block move out before I can send an image of the whole house.

Hmmm, picture of my house.....I think I could get that into one frame...its just a refrigerator box.

Why does that remind me of the house from Poltergeist??

Must be the garage thing.... :)

    Doro,

I appreciate your zest and flair, but these vipers I want to do with my own hands. The kids too, so future generations aren't encumbered by aberrant behavior.

Good example of these trashbags would be:

This moron has to be about 25-35. Full grown Rottweiler (it makes his munchkin **** seem bigger). Walks around with no shirt all the time and that "I just got back from the gym strut." Last snowstorm, he stared at me as I was doing the snowblower thing. Literally stopped shoveling and just stared at me. I gave him a smile and a wave, and after I finished my **** I did my senior citizen neighbors (two of them). This moron shovels HALF his driveway, and goes inside. Never even shoveled the sidewalk. Cops came by the next day and got him real aware of some of the township laws.... like having to clear your sidewalks within 24 hrs of the end of the snowfall. I'm watching 65 year old guys bust their asses shoveling snow, and this gym dwelling punk can't be bothered. So as far as I'm concerned........ it's war.

Great looking homes Doro and Steve.

    GG,
He wasn't staring at you. He was trying to find the best way to break in and steal your Carver Amazings and everything in the magic closet;). So I guess you guys never talk? He could be an audiophile with great equipments.

It's very nice of you to do the seniors driveway.

Here are pics of my Dad's house. I wish it was mine, but it's not! :(

These are from when I was there on Christmas with my fiance's new digital camera. I should have taken more pictures of the place, but it was dark out and the pics we took got kinda blurry! :(

Cool thread. I just got back from Bourbon Street. The Sooner fans were out in full force. This is going to be a fun weekend.

Yes, that is a LSU flag on my mailbox. Purple and Gold all the way baby!

p.s. and no I do not paddle a pirogue to work every day and I hate the damn drainage ditch in the front yard! I was talking with a bunch of my neighbors earlier today and we have parish approval to put in drainage pipes and fill in the ditches. Bobby Bouche would be proud!

Yeah we used to have those were I live and then the city finally came and put the pipes in.

It was funny to see the raging waters in your front yard in spring after the 3-4 feet of snow started melting from a typical Wisconsin winter. It was also fun for us kids....I can't believe we used to play in a ditch! LMAO....

Anhow...nice house and I like LA a lot. Been there once after the 96' Super Bowl. I'd love to go back again.

Here is a pic of my tiny apartment. The old Sony 3-ways are going to be replaced by a pair of RTi70's on Thursday. I'm moving the Sony's to the back for surrounds until I'm able to afford a pair of FXi's.
