both speakers are like 3feet from center this what i got from running it
The speaker on right is a tad bit louder when listening to a movie audio track you can hear it if it has someone singing more of the voice will come towards the right and just small part from left.

Could be mistaken, but it looks like that left front is toed in more than the right front. That could be your problem.
Also not good to set them on cement blocks, I would get rid of the cement and use the floor.

That's the only way to get it to ear height with the cement block cause they sit too low like below ear level.

You have to understand that sound doesn't need to travel directly to your ear to make it sound the best..... If that is what you are trying to go for, might want to get headphones instead.

I'm just going off what i hear from most sites like highdef avs etc.... they say to get it ear height but i didn't know you can still have them below ear level thanks for the tip.

I would try putting them on the floor further out-toe them in a tad. See if there is a difference. There could possible be something wrong with your system. Worth trying different things. If you notice a big difference with them on the floor. Raise them up. Ive never used blocks-i use stands. Let your ears decide. Hope its a easy fix. Good luck

Also those speaker levels seem too low. Put everything back to 0 and adjust from there until you get the balance you want using the same track of music. Dump the cement blocks too.

Maybe your hearing is better in one ear.

    Thats the case with me.
Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

Check to make sure the speakers in phase. Then, like tony said, put all levels back at 0. Measure the spl of each channel with radio shack spl meter to confirm that one speaker is in fact playing louder. If you don't have an spl meter, you can download an spl app on the IPad or smart phone. If all levels don't match, adjust up or down from zero until they all are at the same db level.

Definitely get rid of cinder blocks. If you don't think the highs from the tweeters are reaching your ears, shim the front of each speaker to achieve the correct angle.

In movies 90% of your sound comes from the center... Which is not at ear level at all.
