    Then, I hope the parents of Trayvon take the money they receive and open a series of magnet schools and youth activity centers. Put the money to good use in Trayvon's memory.

    Then, I hope Mr. Zimmerman takes his awarded money from kicking MSNBC's arse and donates it to a good cause or causes.

    The "media" in this entire affair has, for the most part, behaved like a herd of pandering cracked-out whores.

    Agreed 100% I find it tragic that in this day and age, the media gets to decide guilt or innocence even before there is a trial. They even needed to great a new hyphen(White-Latino) just so they could keep the case alive and in the media spotlight.     Yes. You attack someone you get shot that is part of life. I would not raise a kid to attack people. Your conduct says a lot about what kind of person you are. I have several disks in my back and neck that are destroyed. One hit could mean I could not work or walk again so yes someone hits me I will shoot.

    Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, Trayvon's mother and father, have reportedly settled with the insurance company for the HOA. The amount, although not officially disclosed due to confidentiality restrictions, is estimated to be $1 million dollars.
    I don't know if this prevents them from pursing a further claim against Zimmerman or not.

    This case should not have had the attention it did. The MSM, it seems is now stoking the flames of racial divide instead of mending them. The court of public opinion has no place in deciding guilt or innocence.
