What speaker cables are you running now? I've been eying some of Doug's lines of speaker cables , not sure how those would compare with MIT's upper line though.

Right now I am running wire world eclipse and although they are good they are not on par with the platinums. I myself may hit double up for some custom made that cables

All of my best sounding systems ran/run the same brand of ICs and SCs. I don't think this is a coincidence. If I were in your shoes i would go up the ladder with Wireworlds SCs if there any above the Eclipses (I'm not familiar with the Wireworld lineup).

Looks like the case they came in should be worth more than the price of wire. But....just to see if there really is a difference that cables can make the owner of Morrow in Independace, KY has invited to listen to not only the cables and interconnects he fabricates and markets but also his line of speakers that sell for as much as $40,000 a pair at his home studio that he has setup with 3 or 4 listening rooms.
The prices for his cable products are more realistic....but still a premium price.
