SB6000 will unexpectedly switches to 2nd Source

It took me a long time to sync my DirecTv remote to control the volume on the SB but I finally found the answer and
figured it out.

Now every once and awhile the SB will switch to source 2 and I will have to find the Polkaudio remote and switch it
back to source 1.

Is there a way to better program my DirecTv remote or do something different to stop this from happening.

    Hello mbredehoft,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood the problem is related to spurious IR commands from your DirecTv remote causing the Polk to change channels. Check with Polk's CS guys and they'll help you wipe the instructions from the Polk and then use another remote to program it. Give them a call at 1-800-377-7655 first thing tomorrow and they'll help.
