I've witnessed some weird stuff in my life but ...

This has to be in the top half of the list !
As some off you know I go to the VA once a year for an annual eval that can take a couple days to a couple weeks and I just got back on Wednesday. So here it go's.
Tuesday night after dinner and drugs I head out back to the smoking area where there is a big concrete area with a couple smoking sheds, concrete planters, tables and ashtrays spread around. Not a really nice area but for smoking it's fine. So I'm out in the smoking shed with a couple other Navy guys and were swapping lies and war stories when one of the guys says "What the hell, check that out!" so I turn around and there is this girl right out in the open with one hand in her pants and the other one up her blouse, This go's on for a couple minutes then this guy comes out and they start hugging and sucking face to the point where I feel like yelling "Hey get a room!". About this time they stop and head back in the hospital only to come back out with a woman carrying a black folder a couple minutes later, They head over to the far corner of the smoking area where the woman hands them the black folder that they both sign then turn and face each other, some words are said then the guy and girl exchange something (I'm assuming rings, I was to far away to see for sure) more hugs and kiss's, Then the guy runs over to a table and grabs a bouquet of flowers from under the table (where they came from I have no idea) he hands them to the girl, more hugs and kiss's then they get some nurse sitting out there on her break to take some pictures. Then the three head back in to the hospital.
Now I could be wrong but to me it looked like they got married, By it's self getting married is not that weird but in the smoking area at the VA that is, I mean there are a lot nicer places to get married at the VA. There's a chapel, There's a very nice garden area over by the Fisher House, There's even a nice courtyard by the SCI unit day room.
Who knows, maybe they where escapes from the 7th floor. Which brings up something I've wondered about for sometime.
Why do hospitals always put the physic ward on or close to the top floor. Is it because if the whack jobs actually make it out a window they stand a better chance of killing themselves? :evil: (I know, I'm sick and need help)
