There's a link at the top of the cap page (looks out of place). They're for the high-voltage caps, which are large. I don't regret getting my SoniCaps.

If you got enough to do both the upper and lower Xovers you made out like a bandit!

    2.2uf fof the 27uf's

I'll presume that is suppose to be 2.7uF and not 27uF. Your value choice is minus 18% out of spec and you will hear that.
    4.7's for the 55uf's

Again, I'll presume that is suppose to be 5.5uF and not 55uF. Your value choice is minus 14% out of spec and you will hear that too.

No... 25uf and 2.2 will give me 27.2 for the 27 uf caps
The 50 uf and the 4,7 for the 55uf
    8x 2.2 will give me the 4x 4.4uf

2.2 X 2 is fine, but 25 +2.2 and 50 + 4.7 really isn't the best way to parallel caps. A 12 and a 15, would have been better, and a 25 and 30 for the other. Always try to keep the values close when making up an odd size.

I didn't want to say anything because he was after a good deal on the caps, but I agree. I actually paid (Sonic Craft) a little extra get a 34 uF cap instead of putting 2x17 uF in parallel, and I'm really glad I did because it would have been difficult to fit them on the board (it was hard enough to fit the one).

    Ah my mistake, sorry.

However, westmassguy is right. By using small values with much larger values the small value cap acts as a bypass cap, which will impart unwanted artifacts to the sound.

Im not sure of the diff. myself. Went with tje SA'S due to past experience with them and the 40% off sure helped as well! Saved about 150.00 on the order ( RTA'S have 14 caps in them! )

Not to beat a dead horse, but you could have used 2 x 27uf for the 55ufs. That would have put you within 2% of the original spec.
