Surroundbar 5000 Bluetooth Audio Problem

Hi There,
I can get the devices to pair, and my sending device thinks its sending the audio, but no sound comes out. I get the light to go to solid blue and it beeps as if it is paired. I have tried this both on an Android phone and a MacBook Air with the same results. They both think they are sending audio, but nothing comes out of the Surroundbar.
I have powered off and on, deleted the sync, and resynced the devices.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks Jeff

I am having the exact same problem. I can hear the tone indicating that my Galaxy S4 is paired, but no sound comes out when any media is being played. It works fine for my wife's iPhone 4S, but didn't work with either of my Android devices. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hello SheldonC,
Welcome to Polk's forum. The best way to straighten this out would be to telephone Polk's CS department, first thing Monday, at: 1-800-377-7655. I'm sure they can be of assistance.
