I have a question for you, though. How does ONE even find the TIME to search for "responses" to a fake craigslist ad?

I agree with this one as well. How did you find this post? Searching for the title of your original ad?

I assume you also post the Seattle CL ads for "gel" and "rolling" cable lifters?

I guess the sense of the forum "ownership" happens once you hit the 10K post mark..

Who cares!! It was a joke....

Golden- Ear, I am sure if he knew you were involved intimately with such an issue of a mentally challenged family member he would not have made the comment. We all have our issues, no one knows you or you personal problems...

    Enjoy the forums!!!

    Thanks!

Good GOD "POOL" I never said "I" had a family member with issues.

Also who said anything about "personal problems?"

If one does not make a personal statement it will not be taken personally, heh?

Thanks for the 10 cents though, it was fun.

Found the ad? Colleague sent me the link to Polk, well better than Bose! Oh, was that a personal statement??

Golden- Ears- Touche' on the "personal problems" statement. I was reading into the comment to much and I apologize.

    Now, as far as the:
Also I do not take kindly to your attack on the mentally challenged.

I also live in Bellevue, WA and have a direct relationship with the ER, nothing to joke about.
Get over it. It is not that serious.

Yep, if he wanted to be an **** about it, he came to the right place!

I have seen funnier stuff in JAIL!

Audiophiles are pretty smart, MUCH SMARTER than the ignorance posted on Craigslist.
I never cracked a smile because of the surrounding ignorance, as a joke or not.
He may have thought it was funny between him and his "colleague" but I am pretty sure those were the only two laughing.
Even if it COULD have been funny, it left alot to be desired IMHO!

    Just saying............YMMV!
