    I empathize with everyone.
I currently have 6 pair of speakers, 2 or 3 of which only get much use (SDA 2B TL, PSB Stratus, Polk Monitor 10A).

    Here's the list:

    Polk SDA 2B TL
    Polk Monitor 10A
    Polk Monitor 10
    Polk Monitor 7B
    Dahlquist DQ 10
    PSB Stratus

There is another question to be asked here. What would you move out and for what?

I'd like to get my hands, I mean "ears" on some:

    Allison
    Bozak
    Cizek
Altec....and would move some things above for that. Obviously I favor two way classics a lot because they're easy to rotate in and out and store. But many of the above are pretty big boys.

I've already heard some ARs including the AR9s which are really "something" special!

    cnh
Yup, you'll definitely need to stop by the NH house this summer - I can manage three of the four (although my Cizeks are basket cases that I've yet to even try). No Bozaks, but I can probably take your mind off of them :-)
I do have a buddy in MA with a pair of... umm... I think... 302s (?) EDIT: Yup, 302a Urbans. A very nice pick-up at a NEARC fleamarket a few years back.

You might enjoy a NEARC meet - www.nearc.net (Brookline, NH).
You'd definitely enjoy the annual fleamarket at Westford, MA (now also run by the NEARC folks). NEARC's event chairman is also my clock repair guy :-)

Sell that stuff. Why are you guys holding onto that much stuff? Sell it and buy something new. Somebody on CL.com or ebay will buy them and USE them.

I'd rather sell them and put the money toward something else Buy right & you can listen & enjoy, sell and make a few bucks to enjoy & listen to something better, repeat. A limited budget imposes necessary restrictions.

Too bad you can't lease speakers like you can cars. Every 3 years you'd get to listen to something new.

It's easy to drop a Hundo going out drinking with the fella's beers, and shots add up fast when your taking turns buying rounds. I would rather put that money towards some tunes, or gear, plus the hang overs ouch. Nothing wrong with an outdoor rig, a fire pit friends, tunes and beers.
