Tragic death! He got bit by a spider two years ago. His liver ultimately failed due to necrotizing fasciitis. A nasty condition that nobody should ever have to suffer. RIP!

I recently (couple of years ago) saw Slayer briefly when they toured with Megadeth and Anthrax. I didn't care much for them (Kerry King frightens me a bit), but he produced some great, fast thrash,

They are brutal live!!!! As a matter of fact I prefer to see them live over listening to them at home. I love that slam in your chest feeling from them..

    Among the Living
    Killing is my Buisness
    Peace Sells

What a great time to be young, nobody does it anymore quite like that, not even them...

That is just incredible!! What kind of spider? I have seen some nasty Brown Recluse bites but my god nothing that ate up the liver years after.

I've seen my share of those kind of wounds treated, packed, etc...brutal stuff!

    RIP Jeff.

One bad ****! Most spiders bite is is a form of poison weak or strong. We've all been bitten by a spider and had a mosquito type reaction like itch small welt, etc. It's conceivable Jeff had a severe reaction to the spider bite that slowly killed him. Poor soul, RIP
