    David, and Adam worked together to make this happen. The caps are being sent to Madisound then to me, Adam sent me the tracking # for the caps that are being sent to him.

    So Clarity, and Madisound took care of the issue, and both are great to deal with.

    Received parts from Madisound and they are not individually packed but the box was pretty tightly stuffed with newspaper so nothing moved.
    There are 3 or 4 plastic bags inside.
    However, my parts are pretty cheap stuff but for expensive caps, may be they should individually wrap.

    FWIW, my Sonicaps order not only arrived super-fast (next day), it was well protected/packed. Hoping to do my first pair of XO's (have 4 speakers total to do) Memorial Day weekend.
