Wiring Moniter 10 Tweeters

Bought a pair of replacement tweeters for my 10A's from Midwest Speaker. Not sure which wire goes to which side. One black and one white wire in the cabinet. The replacement speaker has a white terminal and a reddish orange terminal. I am assuming white to white. Would that be correct?

Actually, these were the ones that Polk suggested.

The originals were Peerless made in Denmark

Black or blue wire is positive. White or green wire is negative.Political Correctness'.........defined

Put the Peerless clone tweeters in and they sound good. Of course I don't have another set of 10's with the original Peerless tweeters to compare side by side, but they look the same (with the exception of the hole in the center) and they sound better than the knock-offs I had in them. I would say that if you can not find original Peerless, these are a good option. After almost 35 years the 10's are still going.
