PSW125 Not turning on.

Hi,
I have the Polk Audio PSW125 subwoofer. The sub isn't working at all. I checked the fuse and noticed it was blown. So I replaced it with the same exact amp and voltage rating. Tried turning it on and nothing happened. Checked the new fuse and it was blown also. Other than that I'm not sure what else to do?
I have had this sub since Circuit City went out of business. Which was in early 2009. I doubt I'm still covered under warranty? Does any body have any fixes or solutions to my problem?

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. From your description it sounds as though there's a problem with the bass amplifier. Give Polk's CS guys a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send them an email message to: polkcs@polkaudio.com and they will tell you how to remove the amplifier and send it to their service center in Vista, CA. Do a little checking and determine when you bought the sub since it came with a five year warranty for the woofer and a three year warranty on the amp. Don't worry Polk will be able to get things straightened out for you.
Regards, Ken
