Yes a little north.
Don't come down anymore on the price it's too cheap already.
What you need is just a little time and exposure.
I pulled up the map
http://www.mapquest.com/maps?zipcode=64601
And there it is Polk St.
I guess if you list them on ebay you could put:
"You will need to arrange and pay for shipping.
I will happily work with the selection of the shipper of your choice"
I'll be damned, MapQuest even has "the middle of nowhere" listed! Chillicothe, Mo. "The Home of Sliced Bread" -

Only you know what your budget is, but IMHO, you'd be getting speakers worth $1k or more. -
GLWTS. Wish these were closer to Indiana. You are outside of my roadtrip range--unfortunately.

I've had no luck finding a way to get these home, I hope someone snags them soon so the temptation will be gone...2 Channel - Polk SDA-2BTL, Carver TFM-35, Peachtree iDAC, Qobuz streamed via Episode Lynk using bubble UPnP server

Only one question, how often does a pair of SDA's in this condition ever come up for sale in "our" part of the country? I can answer that for you, NEVER, or VERY seldom at best. I've owned two pair that were within driving distance in the past eight years. -
I totally agree Mike, perhaps we could work out a deal including delivery2 Channel - Polk SDA-2BTL, Carver TFM-35, Peachtree iDAC, Qobuz streamed via Episode Lynk using bubble UPnP server

For the moment, I will have to pass on bringing them to you. But, I will keep this option in mind. Never say never!
Thanks for your interest, Mike -
Hmmm...let me talk to the wife Ambi...we may be able to arrange something up to at least the DSM area..."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."

Great deal all around, as others have noted. These needed some visual TLC when I sold them to you but now they look fantastic!SRS 3.1TL

I just checked map quest and noticed that Kansas City is only 20 hours from Albany, NY, where I live! Any chance of meeting halfway? I know it is not possible but, seriously, I would drive up to 10 hours for these speakers! It is a great great deal and I am amazed these are still available!

Ambi, I am booked solid the next 2 weekends but the third weekend out from today, we could probably arrange something. Shoot me a PM if you want to figure something out."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."

Unfortunately I'm having some car troubles now and won't have the free cash I thought
Thanks so much for your generous offer though, I really appreciate it. I sure hope these speakers go to a good home, they look absolutely wonderful.

Yes, these are the early SRS 2's with the solid wood caps, blade/blade i/c, and single pair of binding posts. I believe the later version of the 2's had veneered caps introduced, along with a pin/blade i/c and a dual pair of binding posts (non TL-able). I "think" -
One weekend bump for some SDA SRS goodness
