Non functioning Left Earphone on Ultrafocus 8000

I am super sad face right now. My Ultrafocus 8000 headphones fell off my chair (what maybe 2-2 1/5 feet or so) and now my left speaker doesn't operate
I love these headphones, but I bought them from a private seller maybe a month ago. I would much rather not part with them
Has anyone been able to fix an issue like this? If not what are my options for getting these headphones fixed/replaced without having to drop another few hundred?
Thanks.

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. The best place to begin getting them fixed would be Polk's CS department, contact them via email at: polkcs@polkaudio.com or with a phone call 1-800-377-7655.

Hey there...what happened with your situation. Did it get fixed and how? I`m having a similiar issue.

The OP hasn't posted since. Follow Kens advise above. I'd recommend a call VS email and welcome to Club Polk!
