Ok,
Well it finally came in but no USB or 3.5MM to RCA's yet. It's cool and disturbing that they are back ordered on these products. I'm actually losing interest in even Demoing them.
I'm sure once they finally hit to store I'll be in but I didn't even take the DAC home due to no cable to test with. I have lower end cables but I don't want that to be a factor when VS it with other DAC's. O well heres what it looks like

The Dragonfly is a good product, but I'm betting the Meridian I'm getting in a couple days will be better, can't wait to compare the two.

At the price the Dragonfly comes in at , I can't see it beating anything outside it's class. But from the reviews I have read about it not to mention it got product of the year last year , it should be pretty damn good. I'm hoping the rest of my cables show up tomorrow so I can get back to my shootouts especially the USB cables I have been waiting forever on.Dan

The 3.5mm jack shouldn't really be an issue as long as it's implemented correctly. I'll bring the better of this and the Meridian that I'll be comparing to LSAF this year, my money is on the meridian winning that contest but we'll see.

I have issues believing the sound can be that good bridging out of a 3.5mm jack. I'm sure that's just ignorance though.Dan
