Tweeter Replacements?

I just noticed that the tweeters on my RTi38's are both not working:( (I swapped both tweeters from each other and did not see any difference. I tried one from my 70s and it worked fine). I got them frm cc opened box with the city advantage plan, however; I am affraid that they might not replace the tweeters but rather refund my money back. Any suggestions on the best thing to do? I am planning on just buying the tweeters directly from Polk but I want to hear from you guys first.

You bought them from an authorized retailer, open box or not, full warranty applies.

I would call Polk CS in the morning, or email them, make a photo copy of your receipt, and get ready to ship them to Polk.
