The home audio wire Ive been using is not twisted and while it is shielded I doubt its as thoroughly done as car wire. Hell, I thought the only difference between car and home wire was durability and flexibility. Honestly I dont really hear any noise in my system but just knowing I may have sub-standard interconnects will bug the piss out of me. LOL
I think Ill be stopping in good ol' Circuit City in the next few days for 3 pair of some Tsunami RCA's.

i used those same interconnects in a friends install....he originally purchased a set of tsunami's that were double shielded purple....those he used from the HU to the trunk....however i found the shorter lengths stiff and harder to work with...so we used the ZN2's from the 3.1 to the amps because of the color match.....that was over a year ago and he has had no complaintsPost ****

AutoZone, Murray's, and Pepboys carry tsunami and streetwires....the prices are much better than CC
