I had that happen one night to my right channel amp. It had the nerve to break, and it took almost 2 months to get it fixed. Good luck. Hope it is something easy.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Hello miker,
Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry there's a problem with your wireless subwoofer. It sounds as though it would be best to contact Polk's CS department either via telephone at 1-800-377-7655 or via email at: polkcs@polkaudio.com. I'm sure they can be of help.
Regards, Ken
