Hello,
I just purchases a Polk Audio PSW505 12-Inch Powered Subwoofer from amazon.com on 12/06/2012 and received it got it brand new. Set up everything using the low freq input and it was working fine. I have been running it a low to med volumes to ensure a even break in of the sub. Hoeever yesterday when I turned on my stereo the sub would npot produce any sound. I have checked the amp and all wires the led light in back of the sub is turning green and yet there is still no sound? I have no idea what happened or what i should do please help!
Thank you!

Hello floresf001,
Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry you're having a problem. To see where the problem is let's check the sub's function. To do this turn the sub's volume all the way off and remove the cable coming into the unit. I'm going to assume you have a DVD or CD player as part of your system, if so disconnect it from your receiver and bring it to where you have the sub and plug it into your AC. Now take a single RCA cable and run it from either the right or left audio output to either the right or left input on the sub. Now start playing a CD and slowly turn up the volume control on the sub, there should be bass.
Regards, Ken
