Looking to spruce up my resume, might be a chance in the upcoming year to hopefully land a job after being laid off in 2008. Done a few odd jobs here and there but need to have the resume looked over and probably enhanced, fixed, whatever...

How do i pick a person...company that I can trust?

Be sure to use your real name, starkiller won't cut it. Good luck with your search.

Try a staffing agency that has a vested interest in making it look good. ( Aerotek or career builders ). You may have to apply with them. Its free.

Shoot me a PM, I'll do it for you. I did my brothers a couple years ago and he got nothing but compliments on it's layout. FYI: It needs to be one page, easy to read and have a layout that looks good and will stand out from the rest.

Great book I've used in the past. Lots of sample resumes and the author also explains how and why the information should be presented in certain way. Also includes how to write a focused cover letter which is equally as important.

don't let the dirt cheap price fool you.
