Two subs and Lsi-7's

I have an HT setup with Lsi-7's for right and left and an Lsi-C for center. 5jr's for rear surround. The Lsi-7's don't have enough bass for HT so I purchased two Yamaha YST-125's. my question is how should I connect them to my HK-3600? Should I use the single sub output and split it or should I run it through the left and right output before the signal hits the Lsi-7 speakers?
I like to listen, tinker, listen and repeat.

Nice y splitter. Any suggestions on an RCA to RCA cable? Should I stick with audioquest?

You could, but it's not imperative. Whatever you are using for the rest of your system would be OK. I use AQ for my HT and main 2 channel systems.
    Main System:
    Proton AA-1150 ~ Yamaha C-4 ~ Furman Elite-15 DMi ~ Sennheiser HD600 ~ Monitor Audio Silver RS8 & FB210 ~ Martin Logan Dynamo ~ Teac R-919X ~ Marantz CD5003 ~ Squeezebox Classic ~ Music Hall dac25.2 ~ Dual 1229/Acutex M312 III STR ~ Music Hall mmf-5.1/Goldring 1012GX ~ Music Hall Cruise Control 2.0

    Home Theater:
    Vizio V585-H11 ~ Yamaha RX-V800 ~ Furman Elite-15 DMi ~ Marantz DV6001 ~ EPI M90 ~ Polk Audio RT35i ~ CS400i ~ (2) Polk Audio PSW450
