Polk I-Sonic pops on XM

Love the polk I-sonic, (so much I have 4). One has two issues, (1) when the cd player is playing there is no left front channel sound and (2) at 15+ volume level while receiving XM signal, loud pops are heard in left channel corresponding to bass level of song. Plugged XM antenna into one of my other i-sonics and no such issue with pops. Left channgel works fine with radio input although bass level seems less than other i-sonics.

The best thing to do is to give Polk's CS department a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send them an email to: polkcs@polkaudio.com.

As of this date, no response from Polk CS. I sent email as it is tough to call during the day.
