Question

Can I set up two different group of speakers under Audyssey?

I a have 2 pairs of mains RTi12's for HT and some music and a pair of Linn Keilidh for plain stereo. I think I have seen that you can save different configs under the Audyssey setup, I will have to look more into it.

Cheers

Do you mean the Audyssey calibration from your Onkyo AVR or a separate calibration device? If it's the Onkyo then the answer is No.

Under normal Audyssey you can not save different configurations. IIRC under some Audyssey setups you can save one configuration to fall back on, but it usually requires the use of the "Audyssey Pro" installers kit.

What I do with my A7's is switch my Onkyo 808 to Direct mode for 2ch music. This bypasses Audyssey, and omits my subs from the system. Perhaps do something similar and use a good quality speaker selector switch for your mains. ??

I've never been a fan of Audyssey for 2 channel, as stated above, just shut it off for music.
