Recently picked up the Concord Jazz SACD sampler vol 2 for under 12 bucks. If you like Jazz, this is a great sounding disc. It has a nice ecclectic mix of jazz. Not much improv, which can get annoying IMO. Some tracks are live, which I love in jazz, because of how the audience interacts with the musicians.

On a limited budget, like most here, this CD is great pick up for those who want to hear something fresh on their system. It really gave the 2Bs a workout and showcased their capabilities.

The disc has 5.1 and 2 ch tracks. It defaults to 5.1, so remember to change your SACD player to 2 ch if that is what you are listening to it on. The first time I listened to it on my 2 ch system, I did not change my CD player. I thought it sounded good, but something was not quite right. Then, A HAAA!, my dumb **** remembered I did not change the player to 2 ch. Wow! I was blown away after the proper setting.

In a nutshell, if you like jazz, this is a great disc for 12 bucks from Amazon.
