Right channel output very weak in Yaqin mc 13 integrated tube amp

About a month ago, I bought my first integrated tube amp....Yaqin MC 13s used off A'gon. I bought it about the same time that I got a pair of CRS+'s and matched them together. The pair sound great together.

But my dilemma is how to remedy the problem in my amp. Like the title says, the output in the right channel is very weak and from my listening position, I can only hear the left speak. There are no balance controls, so that is not an issue

I love the way the amp matches with the speakers. I biased the power tubes at .35v. Does anybody have any thoughts on what I could do to remedy this?

Problem was the source (Adcom gda 700 Dac) not the amp. I apologize, I didn't do the due---diligence!
