i-Sonic ES2 reset?

Hi guys.
The display on my i-Sonic ES2 remains at its lowest brightness. I normally press the Snooze/Mute button to toggle between the different intensity, but that isn't working (though the Mute button still works for music). Tried unplugging the unit, all to no avail. I researched the user manual, but there's no mention of a reset. How do I perform a factory reset on the unit? Can anyone help?

It's probably going to be best to wait until this coming Monday and give Polk's CS department a call at 1-800-377-7655 for the best information. Also, their email address is polkcs@polkaudio.com.
