popping sub woofer

Occasionally my sub woofer pops every several seconds. My guess is poor grounding. I usually fix it by turning off/on the sub-woofer. Is this a common problem with SB 3000 sub woofers that I'll just have to live with? Or did I purchase a rare, one-in-a-million defective unit?

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. It is possible the popping is being caused by some other wireless device interfering with the wireless sub. Try setting the channel selector on both the SB3000 and the sub to a higher setting. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
