    Probably decent amp, but I wouldn't pay more than $500 for it without a good reason.

    One of my buddies wants to sell it and I am interested in buying but not sure what their MSRP was and what to offer before he decides to put on auction site. :confused:

    BTW, the manufacture site mentions it's 200 wpc at 8 ohms

    but another site claims it's only 100 wpc at 8 ohms and 200 wpc at 4 ohms.

    That's a Klipsch era Aragon amp in the OP, which IMHO is not a real Aragon. From what I know, those were based on previous Acurus designs. I'm not saying it's a bad amp, but I would rather have an older 8008, 4004, etc over it.

    The 2002 in your other link refers to an Aragon amp produced during the Mondial days. That amp is indeed 100 WPC into 8 ohms.

    My friend also says it's 100 wpc so I'm not sure if I want to get it.
    I already have 120 wpc Yamaha M-50 and Aragon may be cleaner and high end but don't want to spend much.
    But just for offering sake, should around $200 be good offer?
