Wouldn't ya think that if the man had $80,000 wrapped up in a cable then dropping $640 to get it back would be a drop in the bucket.

My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

If you can afford almost 100K in just cables, you can afford to hire a "team" to go and collect your cables.

No. These are DIY cables. He puts a connector and a plug on a piece of wire, and thinks it is just as good as other high-end power cables.

You said in your other post that you shipped this DIY cable from Sweden - what type of connection does it use to plug into your outlet? As far as I know Sweden uses the Europlug (type C and F) for electricity and runs on 220V.

He is a reviewer for Stereo Times Magazine. I sent him many expensive power cables so he could review them. They also cost me $100 to ship them from Sweden to USA, they are very heavy, approx 20 lbs. I sent everything to him for free, he has not paid anything.

After two months he still refuses to send them back if I don't pay hundreds of dollars to him, claiming his old tubes died from my cable. Everyone I asked is saying it's not possible and he's trying to scam me.
I need someone who can pick-up these cables at Overland Park, KS 66085.

Do you think if we "collectively" made a $15,700,000 dollar transfer to a bank in Nigeria in your name, that he might release your cables?

It's illegal in Kansas to own power cables worth more than $50K. Probably confiscated at the border. The land is too flat making the electricity go very very fast. Burns amps up in a skinny second.

So a guy joins just to publicly announce that his power cords may of blown up a piece of gear.
Second thread is to tell us a stereo times reviewer is the person involved.
I wonder what the 3rd topic will be? No doubt he will name this person so we
can all be shocked. Sorry, I call BS on the whole thing. Perhaps the mods can toss
this odd duck off the system.
