Amp buzzing and whinning issues

I'm having issues with my amp. First issue is that when I remove the RCA connections, right after the amp has been on, I get a buzzing noise. Second issue is that when I turn the amp off, a minute or two after, I hear a whinning noise through my speakers.

Anyone know what the issues might be?

    One issue is to never remove the cables with the amp on, you could very well create a short. Hearing a sound after an amp is turned off is usually the caps discharging, most common on older amps. What amp in particular are you talking about ?

    The amp I have is a Acurus A200x3. I don't think the amp was on when I removed the cables.
