    The Burt Gummer in me see's the potentials of that RV garage. Park a 6x6 inside it, and put a ladder inside to get to the roof, as an impromptu tower.

    Thanks all we're loving it. Coyotes, javelina, antelope all roam the property. The javelina like to eat the la Jolla cactus blooms. I have some maintenance to do, some stucco patching, roof touch-ups on the house, and some caulking around window lentils; but it's to be expected with an 8 year old santa fe. The previous owners haven't lived there for almost 2 years.
