Have a neighbor that has dogs? I'm talking neighbors that lock their dogs in a kennel and never ... NEVER let them
out!!!!
My neighbors have 5 dogs in a 12' X 10' kennel that is divided off in three sections. One for 2 german sheperds, one
for hound type dog and the other for a beagle breed. The other is a smaller dog in what seems to be a training pin.

They are never home ( at least I do not see them) and the dogs bark NON STOP!!!! day in and day out. I hear them
with windows closed and the barks travel down vents/ exhaust pipes.

I have went over a few times and left notes telling them to please take care of your dogs but they still are barking!
I'ts been going on for a long time now.

I have made complaints with the Police now 3x but they say they can not get a hold of the owners so nothing gets done.
I just made a call tonight and dogs have stopped but do not know what went on.

Poor things need to be set free or somthing, I'm at ropes in with this!!!!!:mad:

I'll possible have my neighbors calling on me to turn down the music next. lol

WTF! "5 dogs in a 12' X 10' kennel" that's just too small for that many dogs.

Screw calling the cops, If it makes you feel that bad for the dogs call animal control or the local animal rights org.

I agree call the local humane society. Do the dogs look like they are not being fed or given water?

As far as I know is that the dogs do look fed, I am not around all day to see them (neighbors) but I was told
that there is food and water in cages.

I do not like walking on property too much, a few years back they had a BIG meth lab bust and the father is still
locked up. It was huge!! The cops where on sight from 2:30pm ta midnight cleaning up lab.
I KNOW sounds like I live in a **** neighbor hood but it's really not, in fact it in town and county Sheriff post
    is in eye shot.

At any rate I think they dogs have been taken away, I see no movement in kennel amd all barking has stopped.

Good! Hope you get some permanent relief from the noise. Keep calling the authorities if it continues. Get the other folks in the neighborhood to complain as well if they are bothered. Ask my can't seem to keep my two huge dogs contained neighbors how ignoring the problem has worked out for them. A $500 fine seems to be pretty effective.

It's because they don't want to have a second meth lab bust.

Dumbarse neighbors have two large breed dogs. 3-4 times a week they are running loose in the neighborhood because they(the owners) are too stupid/inconsiderate/ignorant to realize that having them growling/charging at people, entering people's garages/yards is a big problem. Lots of kids in the neighborhood, including mine. Parents have been afraid to let them play outside. Cops called numerous times by multiple people. Result: $500 fine. Things have been a lot better since. That's just the tip of the iceberg with these morons, but was the biggest issue.

Call local humane society and advise of animals and living conditions.

Report complaint to your local cities bylaw. Here it's a offense by the city to have dogs that bark constantly. I'm sure most places have bylaws similar to cater to this type of scenario.

There is a gorgeous, pure white, female German shepherd diagonally across the street. 4 or 5 yrs old, her name is Rory. Not only is she the most magnificent specimen of a GS that I've ever seen, she's snow white to boot. Just a beautiful wolf-looking dog.

I'm home just about all the time now, so I see all. The miserable witch that lives directly across from me is constantly bombarding Rory's owners with letters regarding Rory's barking. She doesn't bark to excess in the least. The basketball hoop in their driveway is host to all the neighborhood kids. Within 30 yards of Rory inside her fence, I've seen her watch those kids for hours and not make a sound. Workmen come and go on her property and Rory just sits perfectly silent, 10 feet away inside her own fenced-in yard.

Does Rory bark in the morning? Yes. Every time the miserable witch's "left out all night" cat goes walking under her nose. We have a leash law in town, and it includes cats. She also forgets that when she first moved in here, she had a Rottweiler that used to let himself in and out of the yard all the time. I used to watch him, usually in the mornings before their house was completely operational. None of them knew he was walking around the neighborhood loose. When I tried to advise her, I got "Oh, he does NOT!" She found out differently when the local cops dragged its **** home twice, and she finally farmed the dog out to someone who was perhaps a little more responsible.
