I am new to HT and would like to hear you all's opinions on the B&K AVR-507 and Sunfire Ultimate Receiver. I have auditioned the Sunfire and like it; but what do I know?! If anyone has listened to both or have any input please let me hear your feedback. I would mostly watch movies with this system. Thanks.

System i plan to build:

Receiver: ??

Speakers:
LSI15s
LSICenter
LSIFx system
Paradigm Reference Servo-15.

Both are fine units with plenty of power.

You might want to consider separates. For roughly the same cost as the AVR's I married a new B&K Ref 50 to used Sunfire Sig Cin Grand and am very pleased with the result. I love the refinement of the B&K Pre-Pro and the power of the Sunfire...

My choice is B&K.I feel B&K smokes the Sunfire for overall sound quality and better features.

Power wise they are both monsters.
