RG6 from your Dish to your internal jack. Then whatever coax you have laying around will be sufficiant to connect your HDTV Receiver. I bought the E86 and was not happy with it and upgraded to the Zenuth HDSAT 520... or something like that. From the receiver connect the optical output for DD into your receiver and run component vidio to your High Def TV.
Hope this helps. Welcome to the world of Direct TV! I have been on it for ~ 3 years and love it! BTW... make sure you use the leveler while installing your dish support then set the verticle angle for your location then simply sweep through the horizontal untill you find the sweet spot and your dialed in.

From the dish to the box use RG6q quad shield.
Fom the Antenna to the box also use RG6Q quad shield.
To the Monitor use Component video
To the receiver or preamp use a digital and analog connection.
Your good to go.
Better advice allow a professional Install it.See your Local Tweeter for details....lots of great deals on dss
