DSW3000 sub is dead. Need repair in Calgary AB

Two problems here:

1- I'm having trouble locating a repair shop in Calgary AB that can fix my subwoofer. It sat at "T.H.E. Service Department" for 3 weeks with nothing done and a bunch of lies about what they say they did. Looking for somewhere else now. Anyone know of a good place? Visions electronics (where I bought the sub) sent me to T.H.E., so they are no help.

2- My sub is dead. No lights, no sound. Fuse is good, and the amp makes a quiet, rythmic ticking noise when "turned on", at a rate of about 4-6 times a second. When power switched off, this ticking slows over 10 seconds then stops.

The sub was fine for years, but after switching on and off some circuit breakers in the main house panel it would not turn on again. (Was trying to find a particular circuit but they were not labelled.) Power bar that it was plugged into is also dead.

    Hello RB,
Thanks for posting on Polk's forum, sorry you're experiencing a problem. The person you're going to want to contact is Walter Moser, Polk's Canadian national manager. By email it would be wmoser@polkaudio.com for a telephone number call Polk's main CS department at 1-800-377-7655 first thing on Monday. Both Polk's main CS and Walter will be able to give you the nearest Canadian service facility.
    Regards, Ken
