Cody, I don't suggest that OP should sue the insurance carrier, but I know a guy who sued his motorcycle insurance carrier and won, and now he is suing his another motorcycle insurance carrier... Bottom line in his case - bike gets rear-ended, gets dropped on its side (Triumph touring bike). Insurance claims that it costs $1500 or so to replace a hard case on the bike side, so the bike is a write-off. He repaired the bike himself, sued the insurance company, won, got repair $ + $ for damages / time that he had to take off work, etc.Panasonic PT-AE4000U projector for movies
