DSW Pro 660 won't stay on (powered up)

I just bought this system a few months ago (still under warranty and everything) and I am experiencing a bit of a problem. I'm running a Yamaha RX-A1010 receiver, a pair of RTI-A5's for the front surround, TL-350's for the rear surround and center channel speaker and the DSW Pro 660 for the sub. I don't know when the sub first started powering down as we haven't been watching a lot of movies lately, but I noticed last night that when I power the sub on (with either the remote or switching the toggle in the back) it shuts off after a couple of seconds. I've tried unplugging the sub and waiting 15 minutes to plug it back in (as the manual said to do) to no avail.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Hey Deadjosh,

Just making sure you do not have it in the "Auto-Sens" setting. This setting will shut the subwoofer off when it is no longer receiving a signal. If this is not selected there may be a greater problem. As Jesse suggests above, calling Polk CS may be your best bet!

    Good luck!

I called the store that I bought the unit from and they said they're qualified to service the unit, so I brought it in to them and they're gonna run a benchmark diagnostic on it and see what the problem is. I was just hoping that it would be an easy fix and I'd have it back up and running in an evening, but I guess we'll see. Thanks for the responses and I'll keep you updated on what's what.

The shop called today and said the woofer had a defective part...something about a voice coil or something...they're waiting on a part from polk and they'll get it installed and fixed up. So, that's that.
