Hi there,
I'm a recent owner of a Surroundbar 6000. I've the already known wireless interference problem. However, I thought that it existed only on the 3000 version because the 6000 finds automatically a free wireless channel (read in another post).
What is the frequency range used by the surroundbar??
I've tried other channels on my wireless router without success. Is there any possible help, I want to stream music/video from my network!
Thank you!

Hello Owner,
Sorry there's a problem. It's best to contact Polk's CS department first thing on Monday, they work with the engineering guys to keep up with interaction problems such as yours. You can call them at: 1-800-377-7655 or send an email to: polkcs@polkaudio.com. I'm sure they can be of help.
Regards, Ken -
Ok I hope that will help.
Thanks -
Hello,
I just remembered something you can try:
1). Make sure your routing devices are operating.
2). Unplug the power supplies for both the SB and the sub.
3). Switch "off" the on/off switches on both the SB and the sub.
4). Reconnect the power supplies and set the on/off switches to "on".
This should cause the wireless protocol to search for unoccupied frequencies and hopefully make things better.
Regards, Ken -
Yes I already tried to reconnect the devices during a HD Youtube Video streaming.
The connection directly drops after the Soundbar connects with the Sub, very annoying. -
Are you able to move the router to another part of your house?

No really, but I don't think that is the problem, since my PC is situated (with the wireless network adapter) just underneath the soundbar, and of course, no possibility to move the pc anywhere else than under the TV/soundbar...
