Just got done calibrating my speakers with the Avia disc and the RS SPL meter. Here is what I did...
Set all speaker levels and bass/treble to 0. Played the test tone for the left main and turned master volume until it read 85dB. Leaving the master volume alone, I then switched to each speaker and changed their settings until they each read 85 dB. My final settings were...
Left Main 0
Center -3
Right Main 0
R Surr +4
L Surr +4

Is this normal or did I do something wrong? I noticed everyone else's settings were pretty much even +/- 1-2 dB. Just want to be sure I am getting this right.

It also depends on how far away you are from your speakers. At my old place my center and mains were 0-2 db but my surrounds were around 8 db. Every setup is going to be different, so don’t feel like you have done something wrong. If you did it properly, which is not to hard, and it sounds good what is there to worry about :)

Looks about normal. I have odd values for a couple speakers, just like you.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Was the meter at the seat at ear level, on C-weighted Slow, facing the center channel and angled 45 degrees upward?

What about the subwoofer? Set the channel level to -5 and adjust volume at the sub. What did you end up with there?
