Help - What have I got? Some Silly Power Cord....

Hi,
Noob here, but not to audiophilia....
I have this power cord that I got along with a gold mine worth of PS Audio xStream Cables that looks like it is even more cool than the PS gear. However, it has not got a single GD marking on it anywhere that gives me a clue as to what it is. Anyone who knows more stratospheric high end power cords who might be able to help me identify this? Is it just some DIY thing?
It is 2 meters long, has a gloss black braided outer shell, has hospital grade terminals, has a ground cable disattachment option (the part with the green wire sticking out from the main body), and has a unique, horizontally oriented 3 prong junction within the course of the cable that appears to give other attachment options. The cable body is about 1 1/8" thick at its thickest.
Thanks in advance,
Bugust

Looks like a DIY job that was originally made for a 20 amp IEC.Political Correctness'.........defined

You've got yourself what appears to be a decent power cord, better than stock cords. Who knows the brand or even if it's a DIY job. Those connectors are widely used anyway. In the end, does it really matter ? See how it sounds, if you like it, keep it, if not, sell it off.HT SYSTEM-

Interesting design with the ground lift option.
The connectors look entry level to me, Hubbell or Marinco. Wonder what kind of wire is in there?"Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer
