For those willing to go the 630V route, does quadzilla still have some of the sets for the 2.3TL's? I know they are too big and overkill, but if there is truth that they sound better than the 250V versions then so much the better. I haven't heard the 250V versions to do a comparison, but the 630V versions sound very good and are not too difficult to fit on the gimpod's boards. There are slight modifications that you need to do to make the 630V versions fit, however. People who are interested in a set for the 2.3TL's will want to contact quadzilla on the forum to see if he has some of the sets he bought left over to sell.
AND, I still stress going the Duelund cast resistor route in tandem with the Clarity Cap ESA's.
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....
