Given the way the tweeter faceplates are distorted it got RD-0194 or RD-0198's installed.

^^^^Those 'several' mid-drivers that were replaced are not Polk^^^^ I can only imagine what the x-overs look like

Those tweeters are way over torqued.

My OCD, although aged, wants to loosen every tweeter flange screw asap. Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

That's a quality center that appears to be in great condition.

I agree with Jose' here. Mine was never replaced until they ran a closeout on the CsiA6 for $140 shipped at Crutchfield.
