New iMac

Picked up a new iMac - it's the 27" model, with the 3.4GHz Core i7 Processor. It comes with the ATI Radeon HD 6970M graphics card, which pairs well with the 27" screen. I gotta say, however, the glossy screen takes some time to get used to. It's just too bright at the default settings.
Overall liking it so far... will report back once I get some work done to see how it performs.

Click "Windows Experience Index" and it'll break the ratings down. Your overall rating is only as high as your lowest individual hardware rating, if that makes sense. And it's usually the hard drive's performance that lags behind everything else."I did not slap you. I high-fived your face." -
Bump up the RAM. Congrats on the new machine.
