Probably on of the best movies ever made was Labyrinth, staring David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly.

Laugh if you wish, but I'm on my 4th dvd, and went threw 12 vhs versions. Children up to about age 10 love this movie, which means less home damage. I bought the blue ray version about 6 months ago, as my last copy, about 4 years old, would no ;onger play the last 8 minutes or so.

Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

    Hmmm...so many
Scifi/Horror: John Carpenters The Thing, still scares the s**t out of me, and Ridley Scotts Alien was and is a masterpiece. The entire Twighlight Series, although chickafied, still very entertaining.
Action/Adventure: Current favorites, The Expendibles I & II, Red, Marvel's Universe Series: Captain America/Iron Man/Thor/Avengers, all great mindless fun, and awesome surround tracks
Drama: Saving Private Ryan, and from the same production team, Band of Brothers. Outstanding historical acuracy, and gut punching surround tracks
