DSW1000 not turning on

My DSW1000 subwoofer will not turn on. Have checked the fuse and it is good. The power cable is good also. Anybody have any ideas as to what to check next?

Welcome to Polk's forum. Sometimes it's hard to visually check a fuse. Do you happen to have a Volt/Ohm meter that you could use to check the continuity of the fuse?

Yes that is how i checked the fuse. I Also unplugged the power cord from the rear of the subwoofer and checked voltage coming from the cord.

In all likelihood there is a problem with the bass amplifier and you should give Polk's CS a call at 1-800-377-7655 and they'll walk you through getting things straightened out. Sorry you're having a problem.
