Attachment not found.@F1nut.what you know about this guy,BK Butler?..I am think of getting this one for my 2.1 set up.I like what this guys has done with the tube's at the end of the output stage the spec's are great on it and its not a lot of money.By the way just jackin around about the amp's.Well thats his 5 x 150 in 8 ohms, but he does have one that is 250 watts X 2 into 8 ohms.

I have the 2 channel version and it pretty much is staying put. Very musical.

Tank, I'm not getting you, your knocking amps in the 3-5 g catagory then post up a 3 g amp. Color me confused, but I am only on my first cup of joe.

tonyb i was joking around! Dude you know me.lolo was just trying to have some fun in here.I wasn't knocking anyones gear.I am about too get one of BK's amp's for my 2.1 set up and up grade to a Pre-amp for two channel and that will set me back 4 g's. Just was picking on the fact that Emo comes out with this big amp and now you have to get an Elect guy out to your house.I just think its funny no harm.

Well like F1nut would say and he does know more about amps then i ever will $1800 for a amp that Emotiva is saying its what its not, the man has a point.I posted those amps to try and help some out so some would see what a really good Highend amp looks like.As for the 3-4 g thing, the point was you get what you pay for.

Ahh...ok, my mistake then. Took it as you bashing those who spent the 3 g's on a 2 channel amp. I myself spent the coin on a 2 channel Butler and couldn't be happier. Though B&K amps come close in the overall sound, the tubes give it that organic tone and weight that I like. May not be everyones cup of tea of course, but for me it synergizes well. Still have an eye out for a used Tri-vista or a McCormick dna 500 which is also suppose to be very musical along with Bats vk 500.
